  • What are the conditions for returning an item?

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice).

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.

Return request must be justified by one of the stated below reasons:

  • Customer changed their mind within 14 days, returned item should be (Sealed & Closed Box)
  • Wrong item within three days, returned item should be (Sealed & Closed Box)
  • Defective Item within seven days, and must get a technical report with the issue from the warranty company.

 

The used and non-defective item will not be eligible for refund.

 

  • How could I ask for a return?

 

You are required to submit a return request through our customer support team, just call +2349065214242 and our team will get back to you in 24 hours to check product condition and then schedule a pick up request at your doorstep by our delivery agent.

 

  • I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund without getting a technical Report?

Unfortunately, no. In that case; you have to visit one of the authorized service centers stated on warranty card to get a technical report, and then attach the report with the defective device keeping it in the same condition as received from service center.

  • After sending any defective item by the courier to RayaShop, what happens next?

 

Your product and complaint will be well taken care of by our technical team and state the defect, and then the product will be replaced by another one if available.

 

  • Now, I got the technical report, what should I do to get my product replaced?

Our Complaint Team will schedule a pick up to you request to pick the defective device and the report at your doorstep, and in four days your new device will be on your hand.

 

  • Once retrieval of my package is done, how long will it take to be refunded?

By following the refund timeline stated in the refund timeline part; your new device will be on your hand in the event of being available.

  • Received wrong item? No worries. Easily you can return it.

  • Can I return my item after the stated returns timeline?

 

You will not be able to return the item after 7 days but if it is faulty, it may be covered under warranty.

 

  • How do I track my return status?

  • Do I have to return all products in my order?

 

No, you do not have to return your entire order. You can return your choice of selected items.

 

  • I lost the original packing in which I received the item, how can I still return it?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept to return any item without the original box.

  • What does it mean by (Sealed & Closed Box)?

Unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging. Packaging should be the same as when it was delivered to you.

 

  • Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes, any free gift must also be returned.

 

  • Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?

 

There are no charges for shipping a product back to RayaShop.

 

  • How can I get back my refund amount?
